We may be over look our physical conditions sometime, and just feel there are something wrong in normal. But don,t worry, it should be happened due to our unusual activiies, exercises, eatings, sleepings etc.or some special cases bothering us recently. We have to find out the problems to adjust it or seeing the doctor immedately。
有時候我們會忽視身體狀況,總覺得有些不對勁。但不必驚慌,應該是我們最近的活動、運動、飲食、睡眠等不正常或有特別的煩瑣事困擾著我們。務必找出根源作調整,或立即找醫生檢查看看。
