The top of  management for a company or a group and even for a family etc. is the heart of each person,Its hard to make all acceptance and ageement by everybody. But once we have no any selfish mind and no any prearranged position for the subject and let every one submits their opinions before the final decisions made are good and should be the better way for doing things。

一個公司或一個團體乃至一個家庭等的最高管理原則貴在人心。想讓所有的人都接受並同意你的看法是不容易。然而只要沒有私心，不預設立場，在作決定之前先讓每個人有充分表達意見的機會是較理想的處事方式。
